Management Institute and have over 20 years of experience each. Our philosophy

Quick Start Project Facilitations:
For those experiencing difficulty in getting a project started, our
facilitation is a proven process to help you get started right away. Our
‘QuickStart’ facilitator will work with your project team to develop a fully
workable project plan. This generally takes 3 days of teamwork and an additional
week for our facilitator to write the plan. The deliverable is a project plan
that contains:
