David V. Tennant, PE, PMP, MBA

Mr. Tennant has over 25 years’ experience in
engineering, consulting, marketing, executive management with P&L
responsibility, and operations. He has managed over $3.5-Billion in
projects, programs and resources in a variety of industries including
energy, utilities, manufacturing, IT, DOD and telecom. David lived and
worked for two years in the Caribbean and developed three large projects in
Honduras, Central America. Mr. Tennant’s specialty is company turnarounds,
business processes and project/program rescue. David lives in the Atlanta
area. |
Paul W. Baum, MS, MBA
|
Mr. Baum has 28 years experience in both the
energy and telecom industries as an engineer, consultant and business owner.
As a nuclear engineer, he managed programs related to breeder reactor
development for RRD at the Department of Energy and led teams in startup and
surveillance testing at PG&E’s Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant. As a
management consultant, he provided consulting services including systems
development and change initiatives for large and small utility and
telecommunications companies with Ernst & Young as well as other consulting
companies. Most recently, he operated his own telephone equipment company
serving businesses in Atlanta and the southeast. Paul resides in Atlanta.

Chuck Lodato, MS |
Mr. Lodato began his career more than 20 years ago in Public Accounting and
has held various positions of responsibility with fortune-sized,
multi-national corporations. Mr. Lodato also serves as an Adjunct Professor
teaching classes at University level in Accounting and Federal Taxation. Mr.
Lodato’s services over seventy clients including international companies
pursuing opportunities in North America. In 2006, Mr. Lodato founded SOX
Consulting, LLC whose specialty rested in business advisement with
particular focus in Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Mr. Lodato holds CPA licenses
in both New Jersey and New York (retired), along with a Master’s degree in
Taxation. His professional associations include The American Institute of
Certified Public Accountants and the National Association of Tax
Practitioners. Chuck lives in New Jersey. |
Darlene Francis, BS |
Ms. Francis began her financial career 30 years ago in the chemical
industry. Over the years, she has held various positions of responsibility
with multi-national chemical corporations including Associated Lead, RTZ
Chemicals, Rhone-Poulenc and Rhodia Inc. Her expertise is in financial
analysis, business process improvement, Sarbanes-Oxley and SAP training
management. Currently, Ms. Francis is a Principle Consultant of Windward
Solutions. |
Dick Grimes, MPA, CPT |
Dick has provided leadership initiatives in the financial industry that offer
measurable results and improvements in leadership and operations. Mr. Grimes is a published author, trainer, and
lecturer in the areas of organizational development, employee development and retention
and management improvement. Mr. Grimes has coached and served at the Executive level of several large
corporations. Dick lives in the Birmingham area. |
Blake Turner, PMP

Blake has Considerable experience in management improvement, training,
and consulting. Mr. Turner’s background includes energy, manufacturing, utilities, and management
coaching. He spent four years in the Caribbean where he headed Southern
Electric International’s office and built the practice into a
multimillion-dollar engagement. He also managed and coached a turnaround program for a major
fiber optics facility that recovered millions of dollars over a 12-month time frame. Blake lives
in the Atlanta area. |
Michael Harris, MBA

Michael has over 20 years' experience in supply chain
management, procurement systems, management consulting and operational auditing. Mr. Harris has
extensive experience in the utility industry where he was responsible for
45 warehouses across the Southeast, customer satisfaction and millions of
dollars of inventory. Michael lives in the Atlanta area. |
Barbara Gray, MS, PMP

Barbara is a senior level consultant in project management. Ms Gray has worked
within the defense industry as a government employee and a defense
contractor. Her experience includes projects such as the real-time testing
of the Navy’s prototype hovercrafts, project planning for the Pacific
Missile Range Facility, and systems analysis of foreign helicopters for
the Army’s Foreign Science Technology Center, and major construction
projects. Ms Gray has managed major projects ($20-50Mil) in industrial manufacturing and served
as a consultant to the world’s largest fiber optics manufacturing facility. Barbara lives in the
Atlanta area. |
Fred Galyean

Mr. Galyean has experience in
developing winning teams, improving management processes, increasing
efficiency, quality enhancement, and adding significant cost savings to
improve bottom line profit and shareholder value. Mr. Galyean has held the
role of Senior Executive with experience managing multiple high volume, food
manufacturing facilities, including total profit and loss responsibility.
Bringing his experience to a turn-around scenario, one client was able to
come from losing six million per year to a profitability of over six million
